Please ensure you arrive on time. Please also ensure that all mascara is removed.
New clients please arrive 10 minutes earlier to complete our Welcome Form.
Please advise Eye Candy of any conditions that may require additional care to make your experience comfortable. (pregnancy, injury, medications)
CANCELATIONS – RESCHEDULING
24 hours notice is required should you wish to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment.
A canceled/rescheduled appointment within 24 hours notice will incur a cancelation fee (50% value of scheduled appointment).
If cancelled within 4 hours (or no-shows), clients will be charged the full 100% of the appointment value, as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.
If more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results. Clients arriving 20 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled
Our boutique offers a soothing environment for all clients and staff. Keeping that as our focus; we do not allow babies or children under 13 years of age in the lounge. This policy is also for the safety of your children, our technicians and our clients as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment. We cannot perform your procedure if you arrive with children. This policy is strictly enforced.
